Beate Koch studied comparative literature, communication and Spanish literature. Before she made an apprenticeship as a book­seller and publisher at Süddeut­scher Verlag and completed night classes at Bayerischen Akademie der Werbung.

 

After graduating as Magister Artium from Ludwig-Maxi­milians-Uni­versity, Munich, Beate Koch worked at Frauenhofer Society from 1996 to 2016 in severa positions. She started as editor for print an international press, established the audio and video co­mmunica­tion and managed social media activities. Latest she managed the department for internal and external communica­tion. Ever since Oktober 2016 she has been working at Max Planck Society with focus on internal communication
